Hospitality Development
Golfview, Zambia
A crucial role was performed in identifying a relevant site for the development of a hospitality product and worked with the operators’ management team and the project promoter to secure funding for the development. This 75-room hotel was the result of the re-development of a site originally earmarked for a hospital, and required considerable planning and re-engineering to convert it for hotel use.
